Ruth-Amelie Kumodzi

Ruth-Amelie Kumodzi is a lifetime member of St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church. She was baptized at the same font as her mother, uncle, sisters, and numerous cousins. 

She is a recent graduate from the Baltimore School for the Arts with a 4.2 GPA. She will continue her musical pursuits this fall at the Boston Conservatory at Berklee in Boston where she will study classical voice. She was one of two vocalists awarded the distinction of BSA’s Armstrong Honors Recital. She participated in the 2026 Maryland Senior Treble All-State Chorus as well as multiple performances during her formative years at BSA such as Opera Scenes and Expressions.

Additionally, she attended the Summer 2025 Young Arts Vocal Program at Boston University Tanglewood Institute and the Classical Voice Intensive at Interlochen Arts Camp in the summers of 2024 and 2025. Ruth-Amelie is a member of the Daniel Ramos chapter of the National Honor Society, a versatile artist, and a proud Baltimore native to her core.
